Under Article 2 of the company’s Articles of Incorporation, the object of the company is the buying and selling of holdings in companies, in particular Swiss companies, the creation of financial analyses, general management consultancy and the provision of other financial services. The company may establish subsidiaries and acquire, mortgage, manage and sell property and transact any business conducive to the development of the object of the company.
