General meeting
The highest organ of API Invest & Finanz AG is the General Meeting of Shareholders. In principle, every share entered into the share register confers a voting entitlement at the General Meeting.
Among other things, the General Meeting is responsible for approving the financial statements and deciding on the appropriation of profits and any changes to the Articles of Incorporation. The Members of the Board of Directors are elected by the General Meeting and ratified on a yearly basis. The General Meeting also appoints the auditors for the next financial year.
